Online Returns Policy
Vedette offers a satisfaction guaranteed shopping experience. We know that sometimes you may need to exchange or return an item. That's why we offer an easy, 14-day return policy. You may return unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached within 14 days for an exchange or refund. Credits or charges due will be issued to the original method of payment less shipping fee ($5 USD for Ground shipments and original shipping for Express shipments). Please allow ten (10) business days for your return/exchange to be processed after it is received. Additional $10 or 20% Restocking fee (whichever is greater) will be charged if item is found to be worn, damaged, soiled or returned after the 14 day return deadline.
Please be advised that we do not accept returns or exchanges of items purchased outside of www.vedettestore.com. Each distributor has its own customer service department and you must contact the retailer directly if there is a problem with your order. These items cannot be returned to vedettestore.com
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
· 14 days: All returns must be postmarked no later than 14 calendar days after the order is placed.
· Documentation: Your original Invoice must accompany your returned item(s) in order for Vedette to process your refund together with a Return Merchandise Authorization.
· Good Condition: All returned items must be in their original state and deemed to be unworn before they can be accepted for a refund
Important Information about Returning Shapewear and Intimate Apparel
· All original manufacturers’ tags or packaging must be intact in order for us to accept a return.
· To ensure that we are selling only brand new, unworn merchandise, we ask that when trying on new underwear or any garment with a crotch, you do so only over your own clean underwear. All returned panties and other garments with a crotch are examined to ensure they meet hygiene and health standards, and if we believe an item has been tried on or worn, we will not accept it as a return.
· We recommend that you do not wear perfume, lotions or deodorant when trying on your purchase, and be aware of any makeup you are wearing. Any garments with marks, stains, or scents may be non-returnable.
· We reserve the right to refuse a return on any item that does not meet our hygiene and quality control examination.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL on Hosiery Items (Style 700, 701, 702, 703, 704, 705, 706 and 707) these items are not returnable or exchangeable. No exceptions.
If more than 14 days have passed since your package shipped and you would like to exchange/refund any of your items, we reserve the right to accept or refuse them. If accepted, a $10 or 20% re-stocking fee (whichever is greater) will be deducted from your refund.
Items that have been previously purchased and returned cannot be returned a second time.
Final Sale Items
Items ending in sale price are FINAL sale items. These items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
You must return your items to the address below within 14 days from the day you received your package. Original shipping fees as well as any shipping fees associated with making returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
To return an item, fill out the appropriate portion of the Return/Exchange Form enclosed with your order, and mail the form along with the items you are returning to the address listed on the form. Please indicate on the form whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange, and allow ten (10) business days for your return or exchange to be processed after it is received. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Initial shipping fees as well as return and exchange shipping costs are not refundable.
For a return, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise. Your return will be processed and your original form of payment will be credited within ten (10) business days. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
How to Exchange
To exchange an item, fill out the appropriate portion of the Return/Exchange form enclosed with your order. Please indicate on the form which new items you'd like in exchange, and mail the form along with the items you are returning to the address listed on the form. Please allow ten (10) business days for your return or exchange to be processed after it is received.
For an exchange, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise. If you request a replacement item of equal or lesser value, there is no charge to ship the item to you. However, if you purchase additional items, you are responsible for the cost of the additional items and shipping charges. If the exchange is of lesser value, we will need permission to credit your credit card for the original order and place a new order.
Errors or Damages
In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you have received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately. We will reimburse you the cost of returning the package to us and will not charge you for the shipping cost of replacement merchandise.
