You will always receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number after you place your order, and can contact our customer service department at any time to check the status of your order. We can ship orders to all U.S. addresses, and can also ship internationally. We use FedEx or Priority Mail service and also offer Express Shipping as needed.
Fedex Ground
Vedette processes orders Monday through Friday and use Fedex Ground for all . Orders processed before 12pm EST, will be processed same-day. If you have placed an order after 12pm EST, the order will be processed the following business day. Standard delivery times are 3-5 business days and are available for all U.S. Addresses. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO boxes are delivered via USPS Priority Mail and may take a few days longer.
Express Shipping
For speedy delivery, we offer Fedex Overnight, 2nd day or Fedex Saver. Express shipping options are not available to PO, APO/FPO boxes . Orders shipping Fedex Overnight , Fedex 2nd day or Fedex Saver, must be placed before 12pm EST in order for the item to ship the same business day.. Weekend delivery is not available.
International Mail
We use standard U.S. Mail International services for International shipments, which can take between 10-30 days depending on the destination country. International orders ship directly from our warehouse. Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs fees, tariffs and taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer, and we are unable to predict what these fees will be when we ship the products.
All packages are discreetly shipped with no indication of what product is inside. All garments are carefully packed to ensure you receive your garments in the best condition possible.
VEDETTE RETURN POLICY
Vedette offers a satisfaction guaranteed shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it and we will refund your purchase if it is eligible. (Please check the Terms & Conditions below to determine whether your return is eligible for a refund).
Please be advised that we do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased outside of www.vedettestore.com. Each distributor has its own customer service department and you must contact the retailer directly if there is a problem with your order. These items cannot be returned to vedettestore.com
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
10 days: All returns must be postmarked no later than 10 calendar days after the order is placed.
Documentation: Your original invoice must accompany your returned item(s) in order for Vedette to process your refund.
Good Condition: All returned items must be in their original state and deemed to be unworn before they can be accepted for a refund.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns on hosiery items and any shapewear that includes a panty. If these items are returned to Vedette they will be sent back to you at your expense.

In order to select the right shapewear with the proper control for your body type, you will need to choose the right fit. To determine the perfect fit, we recommend that you take measurements using a standard measuring tape around your hips, waist, bra band, bra cup, or a combination of all measurements if you are interested in a full-body shaper.
Measuring the Hips
Measure around the fullest part of your hips, and make sure you are taking a snug, but not constrictive measurement. The measuring tape should sit firmly flat against your skin. Add 2 inches to an even number, and 3 inches to an odd number to determine your band size.
Measuring the Waist
Measure around your natural waist, a few inches above your belly button. Make sure to take a snug, but not constrictive measurement. This is your actual waist size.
Measuring Band Size
Measure around your rib cage, directly under your bust line. The measuring tape will need to be tight and lay flat against your skin. Add 2 inches to an even number, and 3 inches to an odd number to determine your band size.
Measuring Cup Size
For the cup size, you will need to measure horizontally across your back, and around the fullest part of your breast. Make sure to keep the measuring tape in a horizontal position, and round up to the nearest whole inch. Subtract any difference from your cup size to determine your actual cup size.
Sizing Tips for Shapewear Garments
We want to make sure your shapewear garments and hosiery fit you perfectly; follow these tips to make sure you are
wearing the right compression type and size for your body:
1. Make sure that you feel comfortable; you should not have to suck in your gut, or feel the garment pinching your skin in any way.
2. The shapewear should not move when you sit, stand, bend or walk around; it should stay firmly in place on your skin, and should not roll up or fold.
3. Your skin should not bulge in areas where the fabric meets your body.
4. Do not go down a size for better performance; if you need more control, select either a dual compression or strong compression garment to achieve the best effect.
5. You will not reduce your size with hosiery compression garments or light control shapewear; these are designed to provide support and comfort.
We want you to enjoy the full life of all the products you purchase from Vedette, which is why we have created the following product care guide for different types of garments. You can preserve most of your garments for several years by hand-washing and removing stains using non-chlorine bleach when needed. We recommend that you air-dry all of these pieces to maintain elasticity and reduce the risk of breaking up delicate fibers.
Guidelines for Shapewear
If you choose to wash your shapewear in a washing machine, make sure to turn the setting to warm, not hot, and use non-chlorine bleach to remove any tough stains. Do not use the standard dryer to dry your garment; air drying your shapewear garments will preserve the elasticity and smoothness of the fabrics.
Guidelines for Lingerie
Use a lingerie bag to wash any pieces with delicate details and embellishments such as lace and other fine trim details. You can also wash these garments by hand in lukewarm water, and with a non-scented detergent. Just soak the garment in water, wring out excess water gently, and rinse with lukewarm water before air drying.
Guidelines for Delicates
Soaking your delicate garments in detergent and water instead of using a washing machine is the best way to protect and preserve the garment's fibers and keep it looking as good as new. Avoid using scented soaps and detergents, as these can break down the delicate fibers. To soak the garment, simply dissolve the detergent in cool water, and immerse your lingerie or delicates for 10-15 minutes. Gently squeeze the water to remove excess water, then rinse lightly in lukewarm water
