Shipping Informaiton
Free Shipping on All U.S. (Except Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO boxes)
Orders Fedex Ground Vedette processes orders Monday through Friday and use Fedex for all shipments. All orders placed will be processed the next business day. Standard delivery times are 3-5 business days and are available for all U.S. Addresses. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO boxes are delivered via USPS Priority Mail and may take a few days longer.
Canada Orders
Orders for Canada are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International and typically arrive between 7-20 business days after shipment.
Express Shipping
For speedy delivery, we offer Fedex Overnight, 2nd day or Fedex Saver. Express shipping options are not available to PO, APO/FPO boxes. Orders shipping Fedex Overnight, Fedex 2nd day or Fedex Saver, must be placed before 11am EST in order for the item to ship the same business day. Orders placed after 11am will be processed the next business day. Weekend delivery is not available.
International Mail
We use standard U.S. Mail International services for International shipments, which can take between 10-30 days depending on the destination country. International orders ship directly from our warehouse. Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs fees, tariffs and taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer, and we are unable to predict what these fees will be when we ship the products. All packages are discreetly shipped with no indication of what product is inside. All garments are carefully packed to ensure you receive your garments in the best condition possible.
