We realize that shopping on the internet can be frustrating, so we work hard to provide you the best possible online shopping experience. GA Sales Tax
7% GA sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to Georgia.
Please make sure the billing address entered on our site matches exactly to the billing address on your credit card statement. If the addresses differ, your order may not be successfully processed. If your order still runs into an error during checkout, please consider using a PayPal account to complete your transaction. Also, please note that for each denied attempt to purchase on our site, you may see a corresponding pending transaction on your online bank statement. These pending transactions, however, do not affect your account balance and will be dropped within a few business days. If you are unsure your payment went through, please contact us for billing assistance.
We process orders within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed during promotional sales may take 3-4 business days to process. Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation. Please log in to your account to view your recent order history, status, and tracking information. If you do not have an account with us, please contact us and we will be happy to update you with your order status. Orders that are “Processing” have been received and are in our queue. If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately via email. We will not be able to make changes to your order via PayPal comments or after your order has shipped.
Order Cancellation Policy
Any orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
1. If you cancel your order BEFORE the end of the day your order was placed, you will be assessed a 5% cancellation fee before credit is issued.
2. if you cancel your order AFTER the day your order was placed, please follow our return policy. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
All orders are subject to verifications which means that, for your protection from credit card fraud or identity theft, we may ask you to verify that you're the card owner or that order and that ship-to information are legitimate. This process may delay your order and generally requires a copy of your Photo ID which shows your billing address and a copy of the credit card used which you may fax to 770.412.9386 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your order requires Verification, we will advise you by phone or e-mail. This is why it's important that you leave both day and home phone numbers when ordering and that you keep your information current.
It is also important that you understand what we mean by bill-to information on the checkout process. The bill-to address is the address to which your bank mails your monthly credit card statement. The bill-to address you give us must agree with the address that the card issuing bank has on file. Please be sure you provide the correct information, even if the items are to be shipped to a different location.We regret that this is necessary, but it is designed to protect the card owner as well as the retailer.
